These terms and conditions apply to the use of our website and participation in golf tournaments organized by Arctic Golf Challenge AS. By using the website or registering for the tournament, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Registration and Payment
2.1 Registration:

• To participate in the tournament, you must complete the registration form on our website.

• All information you provide must be accurate and up to date.

2.2 Payment:

• The payment is binding and must be completed through our secure payment solutions.

• We accept, for example, Visa, Mastercard, and Vipps.

2.3 Price:

• The entry fee for the tournament is 999 NOK.

• The greenfee for the knockout stage and other expenses are covered by each individual team. Substitute players, if utilized, are not required to pay a registration fee.

2.4 Confirmation:

• Once the payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email, which serves as your receipt and proof of registration.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email to contact@arcticgolfchallenge.com.

• A refund will only be issued if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the start of the tournament. An administrative fee of 200 NOK per participant will apply.

• If the tournament is canceled by Arctic Golf Challenge AS, the entry fee will be fully refunded.

• We do not take responsibility for other costs, such as travel or accommodation, incurred by the participant.

4. Disclaimer

• Arctic Golf Challenge AS is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur during the tournament, including personal injury or loss of belongings.

• Participants take part at their own risk and are expected to have valid insurance.

5. Privacy

• We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can find here.

• Your data will only be used for the administration of the tournament and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

6. Tournament Rules

• All participants must adhere to the tournament rules as specified by the organizer and the respective golf club.

• Violation of the rules will result in disqualification without the right to a refund.

• Arctic Golf Challenge AS reserves the right to adjust the regulations for tournaments conducted under our auspices.

7. Changes to the Terms

• Arctic Golf Challenge AS reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be published on the website, and it is the participant's responsibility to stay informed.
